Paprika features a beautiful, grand air-conditioned living room with marble floors, beamed ceiling with tropical fans, comfortable seating areas, and arched doorways opening onto the poolside verandah via french doors. An antique French armoire conceals a 55" flat-panel 33-channel Cable TV, along with DVD & VCR. High-speed wireless Internet access is also provided at no extra charge. Dining may be enjoyed indoors at the large hardwood table, or al fresco on the terrace or in the poolside gazebo. There's also a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen, powder room, maid's bathroom & washer-dryer. Paprika has a large swimming pool with steps & underwater ledge, tiny kiddie pool, and gazebo with propane BBQ grill. The pool terrace is built of coral stones with a light, natural color to keep feet cool while providing a non-slip surface - all delightfully set amid palm trees & tropical landscaping with great views of the ocean! The villa is superbly located only footsteps away from the magnificent white sands & warm azure waters of world-renowned Grace Bay Beach, where you can walk for miles. The island's best snorkeling is right outside your door, and excellent swimming access is an easy minute-and-a-half walk along the beach. From Paprika, it's a short walk to Turtle Cove marina & 6 different waterfront restaurants. Maid service is provided 6 days/week (additional service is available for $10/hour with a 3-hour minimum). Please note that a/c is metered to discourage excessive use (free for the 1st $200 of usage), although delightful natural breezes on Provo seldom make this necessary.
