* Bedroom 03: On the lower level next to the laundry room below the main villa with a small refrigerator.
* Dining Room: The dining room is next to the kitchen with large wood table and glass top. Opens to terrace.
* Garden: Tropical palms, bougainvillea and other exotic plants.
* Kitchen: A gourmet kitchen with stainless steel fixtures . Opens to living and dining area and is separated by a breakfast bar.
