The main section of the villa is located in front of the pool and has direct access to the main terrace. The master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom and separate vestiaire, has also access to a small separate studio and a private veranda. The main guest house, which is located on the left hand-side of the main house and has a separate entrance from the garden, two well appointed bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a living room and small kitchenette. The garden apartment is detached and located on the right hand-side of the main house with own separate entrance. The 120sqm apartment features a main bedroom with private indoor & outdoor sitting areas connection with a small twin bedroom. Both rooms share a large bathroom and a small but well-equipped kitchen. The garden suite, which is located on the lower level of the main house, is accessible from the garden. The suite is only rentable with the garden apartment as an extra room for two more guests; it features a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a desk and a small veranda with direct access to the pool. Polymnia is a very elegant property, with spacious outdoor setting and offers guests privacy in their own separate setting. The Airport is 3kms/10 minute drive. This villa sleeps 12 people. During the low season the garden apartment can be rented separately for 4 people or the garden apartment and garden suite together sleeping 6 people. Security Deposit €500.
