"Seafields" is an attractive villa compound located on over 1 acre of beautifully landscaped grounds, including 150' worth of beach frontage on Nevis' west coast. The property features a main house (3 bedrooms, 2 baths) plus 2 separate beachfront cottages.
The main house is surrounded by lush plantings, including mature palm trees, oleander and bougainvillea, and features a lovely swimming pool, screened-in verandah, and large hammock for the ultimate in casual island living. There are spectacular ocean views from nearly every room of the villa.
The master bedroom (4-poster teak Queen bed) is located in the S end of the main house, and overlooks the pool. To the N of the living room (and opening onto the hallway) are bedrooms #2 (king bed, ocean view) and #3 (2 twin beds that can be pushed together, partial ocean view ). These 2 bedrooms share the hall bathroom. Bedroom #3 also has an antechamber connecting it with the hall - this antechamber features a double bed and fan (best for children). Additionally another very small room off the hallway has a trundle bed and fan; again, this is best for a child (or nanny).
Just steps beyond the pool and manicured lawn are the 2 adjacent beachfront cottages, offering unparalleled sunset views across the ocean to nearby St. Kitts. Bedroom #4 (4-poster mahogany Queen bed) has a screened -in veranda and efficiency kitchen (2 electric burners, coffeemaker and microwave ). Bedroom #5 (2 double beds) is a typical Nevisian cottage, with wooden floors and an open-air verandah.
The powdery sand beach in front of the property stretches almost 150', and has gentle surf, making it ideal for families. "Seafields" comes equipped with a 4-person sea kayak, 2 highchairs, a port-a-crib and numerous beach & pool toys. The main house & beach cottage each have their own telephones.
Please note that pets are not permitted and smoking is only allowed outside.

* Bedroom 04: In separate beachfront cottage w/4-poster mahogany bed, efficiency kitchen, screened ocean view veranda.
* Bedroom 05: In separate additional beachfront cottage, ocean view terrace w/built-in picnic bench.
* Dining Room: Alfresco dining w/ Indonesian teak table seating 8, also smaller dining table for 4. Small bar area off dining terrace.
* Kitchen: Well equipped w/ Weber Gas Grill located on terrace
* Living Room: Spacious & airy, opens to very large screened-in terrace, views across lawn to the ocean
