The interior of Moonshadow is spacious & island-casual, not deluxe, and features an open-plan great room with cathedral beamed ceilings, bamboo & cane decor, ceiling fans and screened sliders opening onto fabulous views. There are both interior & exterior dining areas. The fully-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave, self-cleaning oven, and numerous other conveniences. Additionally, Moonshadow has 33-channel cable TV, DVD, 5-CD player, stereo, WiFi, washer & dryer. Three bedrooms are on the main level: the master is adjacent to the living room, and conveniently opens onto the pool and screened porch via sliding doors. The other 2 bedrooms are smaller and are located on either side of the entry vestibule - these bedrooms, because they lack view, would be ideal for kids. Accessed via the interior staircase is the upper-level queen bedroom, also without view, but with adjacent wickered sitting area & additional small bedroom suitable for a nanny or child. All 4 bedrooms in Moonshadow have ensuite bathrooms & ceiling fans. The villa features both open & covered decks, with hammock & screened porch, and is an ideal spot for sipping cocktails or savoring an enjoyable meal while watching the sunset. Wooden terrace steps lead down to water's edge, where a ladder provides access to snorkeling or swimming. A short 2-minute stroll from Moonshadow leads to the spectacular white sands & turquoise waters of Taylor's Beach, one of the most pristine beaches on Provo! Private tennis courts (shared by Moonshadow & 9 other villas) are located on the path to the beach. The villa is a short drive from markets, boutiques, restaurants, marinas, golf & numerous resort amenities for which Provo is famous. NOTE: Moonshadow benefits from a constant tradewind coming off the sea, providing an almost perfect temperature. Ceiling fans grace all the rooms, but should the ocean breezes die down, air conditioning (metered separately) is available for a nominal cost. Optional maid service is available for approximately $8/hour with a 3-hour minimum. There is a 14-NIGHT MINIMUM over Christmas/New Years.
