Villa Gracia a la Vida is a splendid property situated on one-acre of land in Costa Ilios overlooking the Island of Delos. The position, one of the most exclusive on the Island, offers handy access to the close-by beach of Agios Ioannis and stunning views of the sea and its colorful sunsets.
This very large property consists of two sections: the main house (approx. 350 sq.m) and the guest house (270 sq.m). Both houses are attractively furnished in tasteful Greek Island style, with modern bathrooms and appliances. The main house features a large terrace with sea views, a Camares (Pool House) and an attractive bean-shape swimming pool. The spacious terrace features teak wood deck chairs, an outdoor dining area and a well equipped Greek-style BBQ. The modern and functional kitchen leads to a bright dining room and has an entrance directly from the pergola-shaded terrace. All four bedrooms have sea views and private access to a small veranda.
The guests house has a separate entrance and parking but communicates with the main house via the properties internal patio. It features two large master bedrooms, each with a double bed and sitting area, ensuite bathroom and a gorgeous bamboo-shaded veranda overlooking Delos Island. Gracia a la Vida is a very large property that offers to its guests high-level of comfort in every bedroom, making it the ideal choice for large families or group of friends.
The Airport is 2kms/8 minute drive.
The main house sleeps 8 people and the guest house sleeps 4 people. When booking the 4 bedroom rate, only the main house is available.
Security Deposit €1,000.
A two week stay is required, anything less than that may incur a 10%- 15% surcharge, depending on the time of year.

* Bedroom 04: Main House a lower level bedroom with two single beds and ensuite bathroom. French doors to terrace.
* Bedroom 05: Guest House a lower level air-conditioned master bedroom with double bed, ensuite bathroom and private veranda.
* Bedroom 06: Guest Housea a first floor air-conditioned master bedroom with queen/2 twin beds, ensuite bathroom with shower only and private veranda.
* Kitchen: A well-equipped kitchen in the Main House and a small kitchen in the Guest House.
* Living Room: Spacious living areas in both the Main House and the Guest House.
