Villa Alisahnea is a stunning waterfront property adjacent to Villa Okyroe within the Parenthesis Villa Resort, just few steps away from the secluded Kapari sandy beach.
Its own impressive L-shaped private infinity pool stretches around the large terrace area built on two levels, offering wide sun bathing and recreational space. The outdoor pergola has a large outdoor dining area with BBQ, a direct entrance to the kitchen which is ideal for entertaining guests, whilst enjoying magnificent sea views.
The villa's grand living room opens directly onto the formal dining area also leading to the pergola. The open-style kitchen is fully equipped and well positioned for either indoor or outdoor entertaining. The cozy yet elegant decor of the house features white and wooden classic furniture, which blends harmoniously with the cycladic architecture. The master bedroom, located on the ground floor, has a bathroom displaying a gorgeous sunken bath surrounded by natural rocks.
On the upper floor, three beautifully appointed twin bedrooms with two separate bathrooms enjoy stunning views of Delos Island and the sea from their own private balconies and terraces. The villa has private parking space and shares the driveway with the landlord's estate.
Alisahnea's studio, with its separate entrance from the garden, is located underneath the pool area and accommodates two extra guests in a small yet cozy bedroom with own bathroom and kitchenette.
The Airport is 5kms/15 minute drive.
This villa sleeps 8-10 people.

A two week stay is required, anything less than that may incur a 10%- 15% surcharge depending on the time of year.
