Amber House (AMH) is an impressive and private villa with a glorious view over the bay of Corossol and the port of Gustavia. In the evening you can enjoy the twinkling lights of the boats moored in the harbor and during the winter there is a sunset view. The often deserted beach of Corossol is just down the hill from the villa and its calm waters offer safe bathing for children.This villa is decorated in subdued tones. The living room opens on to the rock face in the back and on to the covered terrace and pool in the front. There are large, comfortable dark gray sofas with an alcove area with bright red and orange cushions. The two main bedrooms lead off the living area, one on each side. The mauve bedroom is decorated in tones of blues and mauve, the bathroom is light blue with hand poured concrete sink tops with porcelain bowls as sinks and very large walk-in showers. The second bedroom is the same size and based on the same principal but is decorated in tones of beige and blue. Both bedrooms lead on to the deck and view. There is a third bedroom on the lower level. Outside on the covered wooden deck is a large orange dining area. Truly a wonderful villa.
