Between the two buildings is a pergola equipped for eating al fresco while enjoying the panoramic view. The villa has a private pool set on a raised terrace in the large garden with stunning views of the rolling Umbrian hills and there is ample garden and pool furniture available. This villa has recently been renovated both inside and out, building onto the original medieval walls in such a way as to expose their beauty and thus give the house a rustic and authentic feel. The spacious interior has been lovingly restored using 19th century oak beams for the ceilings, stone fireplaces and old terra cotta floors. The nearest restaurant and winery for wine tasting is 1kms way and the little village of Spedalicchio is only 2kms away, has a food shop and coffee bar.
