Palma Xiat is a beautifully furnished 2 bedroom / 1 bath condo. The condo is located in the complex of Las Palmas and the area frequently referred to as the "new" area of Playa! It is a small, quiet complex with only 13 units. For your security there is a caretaker on the premises 24 hours a day. Palma Xiat is close to everything and the area is very safe and secure. Public transporation is readily available. Las Palmas is an ideal location. Grab a book and your beach towel (both are available in the condo) and head for Mamitas Beach Club. Mamitas is located on the most beautiful and expansive beach in Playa del Carmen. The beach club has a full restaurant and bar, beach service, pool for the little ones, clean shower and restroom facilities and volleyball. Beach coupons are provided to you so you do not have to pay for chair rental or to use the facilities. After your morning at the beach, it's a perfect time to prepare and enjoy an afternoon beverage and some appetizers at the rooftop pool and solarium. The pool has a beautiful view of the ocean and Cozumel. If you are exhausted after a day of fun in the sun you may have dinner at home! The condo is fully equipped with full kitchen, microwave, purified water, blender, juicer, toaster, dishes and plenty of cooking utinsels. Since we use our condo every couple of months you will find everthing you need to prepare food and cook in the condo. Of course if you prefer to eat out, the condo is located one half block off the famous 5th avenue where you can dine, shop, people watch or dance to music in one of the many establishments. Fifth avenue is close to a mile long (and expanding) so there is something for everyone in your family. Playa del Carmen is centrally located and a great starting point for day trips throughout the entire Mayan Riviera.
