Wauwinet Too offers either 3 or 5 bedrooms, depending on the size of your party. The main part of the house has 3 bedrooms (2 off the great room, and 1 upstairs), each with ensuite bath. As is typical of the West Indies, the living room, dining area & fully-equipped kitchen are combined into 1 large great room. All rooms in this main part of the house are pleasantly yet simply decorated with tongue & groove pickled cypress walls, high beamed ceilings and Italian tiled floors. The great room, with 33-channel cable TV, Bose stereo, DVD, CD & VCR, opens directly to the pool terrace & view.

An additional, optional apartment suite on the lower level has 2 bedrooms that share a bath. This garden suite is attractively styled with cane furnishings, fridge & microwave, TV, DVD, VCR & WiFi, and opens onto a delightful garden patio. (If you only need 3 bedrooms, this separate suite would be locked off and not rented to anyone else).

Wauwinet Too is an ideal spot for sipping cocktails or savoring an enjoyable meal while watching the sunset. Because of the villa's unique siting on the promontory, the soothing sound of water lapping against the shore may be enjoyed from all parts of the property. Wooden terrace steps lead down to water's edge, where a ladder provides access to snorkeling or swimming. A short 4-minute stroll from Wauwinet Too leads to the spectacular white sands & turquoise waters of Taylor's Beach, one of the most pristine beaches on Provo! Private tennis courts (shared by Wauwinet Too & 9 other villas) are located on the path to the beach. The villa is a short drive from markets, boutiques, restaurants, marinas, golf & numerous resort amenities for which Provo is famous.

NOTE: Wauwinet Too benefits from a constant tradewind coming off the sea, providing an almost perfect temperature. Ceiling fans grace all the rooms, but should the ocean breezes die down, air conditioning (metered separately) is available for a nominal cost. Optional maid service is available for approximately $8/hour with a 3-hour minimum.
