Only 10 kms from Perugia, "Solido" faces from a 600 meter hill onto a valley where in the distance can be seen Assisi on one side and Perugia on the other. The property comprises of 14 hectares of woodland and olive grove that surround the two villas, which are joined by a central large patio. This area is particularly well organized, with a large stone made BBQ and a spacious working area for cooking as well as a table for up to 20 persons. Well-maintained lawns surround the houses, which are set out identically, and from here there are stone steps leading down to the large pool adjacent to a small pine wood area which also forms part of the property. Both houses, rented out as one singular property, have spacious rooms as well as the living areas from which there is direct access to the garden. At 20 meters from the house there is an annex with a small billiard table and ping-pong table. The furnishings are all in an rustic-elegant style. From "Solido" there is a good asphalt road which is well connected with the motorway and to Perugia. A telephone, extra maid service, a cook and heat for villa are often available for an additional charge, however we can not GUARANTEE maids and cooks as they are employed by the property owner. These extra services are paid locally in Euros. This villa sleeps 18/20 people. If the villa is booked as a 5 bedroom only Villa I is available, sleeping 10 people.
