Villa Melograni covers a 900 meter-squared site made up of a large country house and a guest house. It is surrounded by 3.5 hectares a olive groves which boast a stunning panorama of the idyllic neighboring countryside. The villa itself has recently been re-designed with the utmost taste and with maximum comfort in mind. Every room is painted in a different tone which harmonizes beautifully with the quality fabrics throughout. The large sitting rooms and spacious dining room provide ample accommodation for a sizeable gathering of friends or family. The layout of the master bedroom, with its generous window and central fireplace, and its two ensuite bathrooms with jacuzzi, offer real comfort and luxury. Lower down, the ground floor is dedicated to well-being and game-playing with its sauna, its billiard table and the extremely relaxing sitting room with a piano bar. From there, a very large window overlooks the pool. The pool is unusual in that it has an extra facility, which is a water system that enables you to swim against the current while remaining in the same spot. On the terraced lower level, which has an independent entrance, is the accommodation for the gardener and his wife, the domestic help and the excellent cook. A telephone, extra maid service, a cook, air-conditioning and heat for villa are often available for an additional charge, however we can not GUARANTEE maids and cooks as they are employed by the property owner.
