This beautiful property consists of a main structure and a separate guest house 20 meters apart, both made of stone. The main part of the villa faces towards the valley with a view of the beautiful countryside scattered with trees. The major part of the property is closed in and has a cured garden around the house and pool with a vast green area of two hectares surrounding the house. The main building has 2 floors divided into the daily living area on the ground floor, well organized for eating al fresco on the verandah, and for sleeping on the top floor. The villa has maintained its many characteristics with its antique wooden beams on the ceiling and the terra cotta floors. The ambience of both structures is warm, elegant and furnished in good taste. The country road is in good condition and the villa is only about 5 minutes from the superstrada and minutes from Todi. DISTANCES: Todi is 9kms, Perugia is 30kms, Orvieto is 42kms, Spoleto is 45kms, Assisi is 58kms and Rome is 130kms. A telephone, extra maid service, a cook and heat for villa are often available for an additional charge, however we can not GUARANTEE maids and cooks as they are employed by the property owner.
