The sitting room opens on to the verandah, which has been stylishly furnished with garden chairs and a sofa. From the garden, with its abundance of flowers and herbs, several steps lead down to a lower level with a superb swimming pool, whose waters lap onto the surrounding deck, and a fully-equipped pool house. The farmhouse is elegantly furnished in excellent taste throughout. A traditional sitting room on the ground floor contains a magnificent double-facing fireplace; nest door is a spacious living room w/ a large fireplace. All the rooms have wooden floors and a wealth of decorative features which make for an extremely refined living environment . There are numerous places of interest in the vicinity for culture enthusiasts and nature lovers alike, and include Orvieto, Bagnoregio, the Aliviano nature reserve and Todi.A telephone, extra maid service, a cook and heat for villa are often available for an additional charge, however we can not GUARANTEE maids and cooks as they are employed by the property owner.
