Set in the splendid countryside surrounding Todi, the famous medieval Umbrian city, "Casa Degil Artisti" is situated at the top of one of the highest hills of the area, in a dominant position. From the best panoramic point, the antique ruins of Todi are clearly visible. Upon entering the farmhouse, one can immediately see the original stone walls next to the recently painted walls. The furniture is in good taste, simple and typically "country." At a short distance from the farmhouse, there is the swimming pool and next to it a spacious patio/balcony which has been comfortably furnished for dining under the stars. The parking area is within the property. To reach the farmhouse one passes through some splendid countryside, considered one of the most beautiful areas in Umbria. The farmhouse is reached by a gravel road of approx 400 meters, in good condition. Only a few kms from the villa, one can find excellent local restaurants. This house has no maid service. A telephone, a cook and heat for villa are often available for an additional charge, however we can not GUARANTEE maids and cooks as they are employed by the property owner.
