Vieux Caribe is a very attractive plantation-style villa with a 3-tiered columned facade opening onto specatcular views. Located in the desirable Ocean Point enclave on the island of Provo (in the Turks & Caicos), the villa has 5 ensuite master bedrooms in the main house, and 2 additional bedrooms in an adjacent cottage. Each bedroom opens onto a covered deck, affording spectacular vistas of sea, sky & sunsets, and all feature 33-channel cable TVs & double vanities.The living room at Vieux Caribe is handsomely furnished in an eclectic safari decor, and opens directly onto the pool deck, with stunning views of the Caribbean. There's also a 33-channel cable TV, 6-carousel CD player, DVD and high-speed intenet. An antique wooden table graces the dining area (also opening onto the terrace) and the nearby gourmet kitchen also has a convenient washer/dryer for guests's use. The villa was designed for natural cross-ventilation and there are ceiling fans in each room. Vieux Caribe's generous deck space (both covered & uncovered), features a delightful freshwater pool, 2 hammocks, gas BBQ grill, & private boat dock, all set amid exotic tropical gardens. Should you desire to play tennis, it's a mere 1-minute walk to the private courts at Ocean Point. The white sand beach & turquoise waters of Taylor's Bay are just a few seconds further down the same path! Vieux Caribe is a short drive from markets, boutiques, restaurants, marinas, golf & numerous resort amenities for which Provo is famous. NOTE: Vieux Caribe benefits from a constant tradewind coming off the sea, providing an almost perfect temperature. Ceiling fans grace all the rooms, but should the ocean breezes die down, air conditioning (metered separately) is available for a nominal cost. Optional maid service is available for approximately $8/hour with a 3-hour minimum. There is a 14-NIGHT MINIMUM over Christmas/New Years. The rate for all 7 bedrooms per week is $12,300 for Christmas/New Years, $12,000 in the Winter and $9,600 per week in Summer.
