The pool area features a sun deck, pool, gazebo & large alfresco dining area with professional gas grill & sink. Off the pool area, stairs cascade down 35 feet to the magnificent white sand beach below, the true crown jewel of Sand Dollar Estate! Just next door is Little Sand Dollar, a 1400 sq.ft stone cottage w/ stairway down to its own private white sand beach (separate from Sand Dollar's). Originally designed as an artist's studio, Little Sand Dollar is fully air-conditioned & offers a King bed (with a twin bed in the den), garden bathroom, well-equipped kitchen & covered balcony overlooking Magen's Bay. Little Sand Dollar is perfect for newlyweds, teenagers or a small family. (Little Sand Dollar is only available when rented in combination w/ Sand Dollar - never alone to another party).
