The other 2 bedrooms (1 with a King & the other with 2 Twins) share a bath and are located off the opposite side of the living/dining area. Serendipity's secluded garden patio has a barbeque grill & wraparound deck, the perfect setting for dining, sunning, reading & relaxing. The stairway down from the deck leads to a large sheltered beachfront patio with stone barbeque - an ideal place for watching sunsets & the evening show of pelicans diving for their dinner! A private dock is ready for a motorboat or day sailer. The villa's own private sandy snorkelling beach is flanked by a large rock outcropping on which sunning iguanas at times can be seen. Excellent snorkeling will reveal a spectacular display of brilliantly colored tropical fish, coral, conch, lobster & the occasional sea turtle. It's also only a 3-minute walk from Serendipity to the quiet beach at Little Leverick Bay or a 5-minute walk to Leverick Bay Resort & Marina, with its large freshwater pool, boat rentals, water sports, tennis, restaurant, market & boutiques.
