The villa's great room, comprised of a well-equipped modern kitchen, indoor dining area, TV, and living area, boasts a high cathedral style ceiling, adding to the grandeur. A refreshing crystal clear pool and spacious covered outdoor patio complete with dining area separates the villa from the white powdery sand beach just 20 yards away. A perfect spot for admiring the heavenly sunsets and the ever changing blues and greens of the gentle seas. The entire villa is beautifully furnished with tasteful Caribbean hues and is matched outside by the color rich tropical gardens. This villa has access to the private tennis court at Mahoe Bay. It is important to note that the 3 rentable bedrooms do NOT INCLUDE THE MASTER SUITE which has been permanently closed off to villa renters. Please note that "Pelican Reef " rates exclude 7% tax.
