Villa EST is a newly finished townhouse with two levels, located in downtown Gustavia and walking distance to the shops, restaurants and Shell Beach.Villa EST is very modern with soft colored fabrics. On the main level is a large air-conditioned living room with pale blue comfortable sofas that face the pool and the terrace, a large wooden table seating 10 people and a gourmet kitchen with a large dark dranite counter and flatscreen TV. Opposite the dining area is the elegant master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom, a peaceful atmosphere, opening to the pool and terrace. On the upper level, there are two more bedrooms that can be considered masters, while the others are perfect for children. Both masters are large with king bed and ensuite bathroom. One bedroom has twin beds that can be pushed together and ensuite bathroom. The last bedroom is available upon request, with only a single bed, sharing a bathroom. * Bedroom 04: Large upper level bedroom where the beds can be pushed together to make king. If bedroom #5 is used they will have to share the bathroom.
* Bedroom 05: Small upper level bedroom. Perfect for a staff and small children. Available upon request.
* Kitchen: Gourmet kitchen with dark granite counters and wood cabinets. There is an indoor dining area that is a section of the kitchen and living room.
* Living Room: Large living room with comfortable pale blue sofas. A peaceful ambiance. The kitchen, dining room and living room are all under one roof.
