The villa is made up of 3 separate villas surrounded by lush tropical gardens. The main villa has 2 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms that are connected to the living room and kitchen. It is a great villa for a family with children, very safe.The living room opens onto an outside dining and living area perfect to relax and sunbathe by the pool. The two guest cottages are located behind the villa a little above, both with views over the country side and the ocean. They are little suites with their own private terrace, kitchenette and ensuite bathroom. This villa can be rented with CDL, which is right next door. * Bedroom 03: Located above main villa w/ view over St-Jean, Petite and Grande Saline. Blue and yellow décor. Mezzanine with small matress for a child.
* Bedroom 04: Located close to the entrance of the property with its own parking near bedroom #3. A second mezzanine area with small mattress.
* Dining Room: Under covered terrace overlooking pool and St. Jean.
* Garden: Large tropical garden upon entering the property.
* Kitchen: Older style well equipped kitchen opens onto inside living-room with views of the pool and St Jean Bay
* Living Room: Medium size living room - opens in the front to terrace and pool, the back to a shady resting area. Lge corner sofas, off white w/colorful cushions.
