The oversized Great Room opens out through a wall of glass doors to the tiled deck and balconies so you may enjoy the gentle tradewinds and sweeping views, or take a splash in the private pool. A fully-equipped and perfectly-placed kitchen adjoins the dining area of the Great Room. Short hallways to the left and right of the Great Room each lead to two private, cheerfully-furnished and air-conditioned bedroom/bath suites. Two of these suites open directly onto the pool deck, and another has its own private balcony. An air-conditioned and soundproofed media room is well stocked with over 100 movie videos and always-growing music, game and book collections. With its sofabed, this bonus room can accommodate an extra one or two guests for an additional $60 pp/per night. Overlook's location high on Flag Hill affords not only spectacular views but also easy access to nearby beaches, dining and shopping. With wonderful gathering areas and private places all on one level under one roof, Overlook is the perfect place for a carefree vacation for family and friends. Overlook can accommodate a 9th and 10th person on queen sofabed in air-conditioned media room, the rate is $60 per person, per night. A 4WD vehicle is recommended. There are tenants (a couple) in the apartment below the villa, with their own private entrance. They cannot see into any part of the villa, including the pool area and sundeck, so your privacy is well assured.
