This fully screened & air-conditioned secluded villa is tucked behind an electronic gate in a lovely garden setting, and has beautiful new furnishings & amenities. Diva is built as 2 pavilions connected by a covered walkway near the swimming pool & hot tub, and overlooks a panoramic view of sapphire Magens Bay.The main villa contains the Great Room, which shares space with an open-plan kitchen, dining area & powder room. The Great Room opens out via screened French doors to a long covered deck overlooking Magens Bay, for alfresco dining & relaxing. Completing the main pavilion is the spacious king master suite with walk-in closet, private covered balcony & adjoining sitting/computer room (1 or 2 small children may be accommodated on a queen sofabed in the adjacent living area, for an additional charge). The 2nd pavilion, which is poolside, offers another air-conditioned king master suite opening out to its own oceanview verandah (NOTE: this pavilion's narrow proximity to the pool, and its separation from the main house, makes it unsuitable for young children). On the lower level of this 2nd pavilion, accessed via exterior steps near the driveway, is Diva's 3rd air-conditioned king apartment suite with small sitting area & private oceanview deck; this apartment also has a twin sofabed (suitable for children at additional charge). Please note: 7-nite minimum all year round (except 10 nites Xmas/New Years). Additional small children accommodated on sofabeds ($40/child/night - please check with your reservations agent regarding maximum occupancy).
