This lovely, large house features a southwest orientation, and offers unlimited panoramic views of mountains, valleys and the Mediterranean Sea. Outdoor features include a private swimming pool with sunbathing areas, and a 1500 m2 terraced garden with olive, citrus, apricot, and fig trees.
This five-bedroom/three-bath home offers approximately 250 m2 of living space, and sleeps up to ten persons. There is a big entrance hall, two living rooms (one with a fireplace), a veranda, five bedrooms, three bathrooms and toilets, two kitchens, a winter garden with a panoramic view, and open and covered terraces. One living room, one bedroom, one kitchen, and one bathroom and toilet are in an independent studio.
All beds are of high quality and large. Amenities include a radio/CD-HiFi system, a TV, DVD player, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, drying tumbler, dishwasher, microwave furnace, barbecue, garden furniture, mountain bikes, free broadband internet access (ADSL), gas central heating, an intercom system, a double garage, and room for four to six cars behind the electrical gates. The villa is fully air conditioned with temperature individually controlled in all living rooms and bedrooms.
The views from several rooms are panoramic overlooking the French Riviera from the hills around Vence and all the way to Cap d'Antibes and the Mediterranean Sea.

The villa is within walking distance(500 m) of the medieval village St. Jeannet, the Cote d'Azur, and the Alpes-Maritimes where you'll find high-quality food shops and six restaurants and bars. St Jeannet is an ideal starting point for mountain walks and rock climbing.
Within bike distance (about 5 km) you can reach Vence, a city of 15,000 inhabitants, with medieval charm, markets, squares, restaurants, shops, art museums, and churches.
St. Paul de Vence, the most famous of the medieval villages in the area, offers great sightseeing for tourists. Many other medieval villages are nearby including La Gaude, Gattiere, Carros Village, and Le Broc.
It's just one-half hour by car to the Nice Cote d'Azur Airport (14 km), the Mediterranean Sea and beaches (10 km), and Nice, Monaco, and Cannes (15 to 30 km). The Alps are on-site and beyond. And there's great skiing in winter at Isola 2000, just 1.5 hours away.
In case of cancellation more than 8 weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period the cancellation fee is 25 % or equal to the booking deposit. In case of cancellation less than 8 weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period the cancellation fee is 50 % of the total rent. By cancellation less than 4 weeks prior to the beginning of the rental period, the entire amount of the rent is due to the owner and no payments will be returned.

The rent is payable by transfer to the owners bank in France in € (Euro). A deposit of 25 % must be paid within 8 days from the date of booking (the “booking deposit”) and the remaining amount is to be paid with 25 % no later than 8 weeks and 50 % no later than 4 weeks before the start of the rental period. To pay by Credit Card (PayPal), email the owner at firstname.lastname@example.org . VISA, MasterCard and American Express are accepted.
The rental period is from Saturday to Saturday. It starts at 1600 hours on the date of arrival and ends at 1000 hours on the date of departure. The house accommodates a maximum of 10 people (exceptions can be made for small children).
Bed linen and towels are included (washing machine and drying tumbler is at hand if washing is required during the rental period). Final cleaning and washing of bed linen and towels after the rental period are included.
Upon receipt of the keys to the house, a deposit of € 500 in cash or by cheque must be made with the caretaker. The deposit will be returned upon the delivery of the keys to the caretaker and after his final inspection of the house.
Pricing Notes: Prices are all inclusive. No extra bills for bed linen, final cleaning, electricity, heating, Internet Access etc. at departure.
