Leamington Cottage is ideal for a first or second honeymoon! The cottage, although set in the grounds of Leamington Pavilion, has its own private driveway. It is located directly on the beach, however there is a reef in front of the cottage and good swimming is immediately north of the property. All watersports are available on the beach by Cobblers Cove Hotel, which is next door to Leamington. The accommodation comprises of a large living room, leading onto the palm fringed patio, a twin bedded, air-conditioned bedroom, with ensuite bathroom, and fitted wardrobes. Leading off from the living room, there is a second shower room, toilet, and a small well-equipped kitchen. There is a wonderful patio for sunbathing.The cottage is ideal for a couple, but can also sleep one child or another adult if necessary, as one of the large sofas in the living room can be turned into a single bed. For tennis and 9-hole golf course, Heywoods Resort is only a two minute drive from Leamington. The 18-hole Sandy Lane golf couse is a ten minute drive away in St. James. Nearest shopping is at Speightstown, 1 mile away or in Holetown in St. James. Staff at the cottage consists of a full time cook/maid and all laundry is done free of charge. Security Deposit $500.00.
