Composed of a lovely old stone house on 3 floors and two self-contained guesthouses, the property can accommodate up to 5 couples in comfort (3 in the main house, 1 in each guesthouse). Casa Giotto enjoys truly inspiring views of the Cortona hillside and is located only a few hundred meters from “Bramasole”, the property famous worldwide through the book and movie “Under the Tuscan Sun”. The house is set in a charming garden with lawns, shady trees, a flagstone barbeque patio and a dining terrace overlooking the mosaictiled swimming pool, all surrounded by peaceful, terraced olive groves. Located on a gentle, west-facing slope in a quiet valley, watching the sunset from the pool is a delight at Casa Giotto! Air conditioning is available for guests’ use at extra cost.

If the villa features a phone, a deposit of 250 euros for outgoing calls will be always due at check-in (cash); the amount will be entirely refunded in case the phone is not used.
Rental prices include linen (changed weekly), final cleaning, electricity and how water.
Heating is charged extra according to usage.
Arrival time is on Saturday between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.
Swimming-pools are generally open from 27 May to 30 Sept. Different dates have to be arranged with the owners.
