Ground floor
On the ground floor, you can find a kitchen and a spacious dining room with a cinema corner with a wide screen. A Sat TV is available with both English and German channels.
Near the dining room there is a bathroom with a large jacuzzi tub for two people.
The main living room area has huge picture windows that overlook the pool area and the large covered terrace area with view of Arezzo. The living room has an opened fireplace for cozy evenings with a little bit of red wine and some good laughs about the day.

First floor
- 6 double bedrooms ( in two of them there is the possibility to add an
extra single bed), each bedroom has its own bathroom;
- 2 single bedrooms with one bathroom;
- 2 suites each with one king-size bed and two single sofa beds (on request to be paid with an extra charge on the spot) , so each can accomodate up to 4 persons.
Each bedroom features air-conditioning, mini-bar, a coffee machine, a safe, a TV-set with flat screen and satellite channels, a telephone, a modem plug and with all other necessary comforts and services.

Private outdoor area
There is a covered and equipped terrace with direct access from the living room. Moreover, on the top of the building, you can find a lovely solarium with tables, chairs and a fantastic panoramic view.
