A nonrefundable reservation deposit of $400.00 per week per house must be sent with application. If the reservation can not be confirmed by us, then your check will be mailed back to you. When your reservation is confirmed, the $400.00 non-refundable deposit is used toward your rental. You will be billed for the balance of your rental contract and a security deposit of $500.00. After your vacation stay your $500.00 will be mailed within 30 days back to you after prompt departure and inspection of the premises less any damages or phone charges or forfeiture.
