The property inside however is modern from the start, recently remodeled from top to bottom. Polished hardwood floors are throughout the downstairs with hardwood accents on the bar separating the kitchen and living room. Bright colors and decorated with Key West flair, this is truly a unique property. Equipped with flat screen TVs, stereo, CD player and WIFI. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table for four guests, dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, and microwave -- every modern convenience for making yourself at home.

The master bedroom has a king bed. The bedroom also has double French doors that lead to the front balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king.
