Your entry through a white gated fence, opens to a private brick courtyard lush with palm trees and brightly flowering tropical plants, providing fabulous Key West outdoor living. A new gas grill on the patio awaits the grill-meister as the perfect place to cook up your fresh catch. French doors open to the interior, that is beautifully decorated with Caribbean flair and colors, reflecting the warm tone of the Keys.
Large windows and high ceilings, finished with crown mouldings, create a bright and airy feeling. Comfortable seating and dining are abundant in the living area, which flows to the open gourmet kitchen with full service appliances and granite countertops.
At nearly 1300 square feet, three level Villa Soleil sleeps six comfortably. There are two master bedrooms, one with a private balcony, each on their own floor with private full baths, and a pull out sleep sofa in the living area with a half bath. Ceiling fans and wooden blinds on all the windows create comfortable privacy.
Villa Soleil has the latest in electronics with two CD players, stereo cable televisions and broadband wireless Internet access throughout. The third floor bedroom has a small business center, with fax and working desk, for those who cannot leave work at home.
