Located at the Parque Natural do Sudoeste Alentejano e Costa Vicentina near the lighthouse of Cabo Sardão, at 600 m from the shore and 800m from Cavaleiro village, this villa in the countryside is the ideal place for relaxing and for the practice of nature related activities: walking tours by the shore, biking tours, horse riding, fishing and beaching, in the beautiful beaches of Zambujeira do Mar, Alteirinhos, Carvalhal or Malhão.

During weekends and summer there are several entertainment facilities at the village of Zambujeira do Mar (10 km South) and Vila Nova de Milfontes (12 km North).

There are 6 independent apartments that can be rented, although the villa is ideal for a group of friends who decide to enjoy together life in the countryside grilling and eating the fresh fish cached daily locally.

Monte Novo do Brejo Largo includes several facilities:

House no.1 is an independent house redeveloped from an old agricultural facility, with a bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom with shower, a living room with sofa allowing two more persons to sleep, kitchenette with stove, heater and refrigerator. Nightly prices are: low season 30€/night, medium season 50€/night and high season 60€/night.

House no.2 with two floors that constitutes two independent apartments:
The ground floor has a room with two beds, a bathroom with bath, kitchen/dining room with stove, heater and refrigerator and a living room with a sofa convertible in a third bed. There is still a courtyard with a pergola covered by a bougainvillea. Ideal for common meals. Nightly prices are: low season 40€/night, medium season 60€/night and high season 90€/night.

The top floor is an apartment with two double beds, kitchenette with stove and refrigerator, an open space with shower and sanitaria and a balcony with a table for meals overlooking the garden. Nightly prices are: low season 40€/night, medium season 60€/night and high season 90€/night.

House no.3 consists of a three bedroom suites type, completely independent with access through the garden. Each room includes a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Each bedroom has access to a common kitchen with stove and refrigerator and the grill facilities.Nightly prices for each bedroom are: low season 20€/night, medium season 30€/night and high season 40€/night.

Pool: The 110 m2 pool for common use, is essential either for your early fitness and for your afternoon tan.

Palanque: large wood pavilion, East African style, for leisure, overlooking the garden and the ocean. Ideal for sunset drinks and insomnia nights to look at the lighthouse and the stars.

Birds Pavilion: to remember the rural area location with both exotic and common birds.
