The Villa Gigi is directly on the beach, with a beautiful veranda in front of the sea.It can host 8/10 persons: it is made of one double bedroom, 2 double bedrooms where there is also a single bed in each; 2 bathrooms (one with shower and the other with angular bath), living room in front of the sea with many sofas, and two orthopaedic single sofa/beds, well equipped kitchen, veranda for dining al fresco.
Then there is the parking inside the property, air-conditioning, washing machine. Villa Gigi is placed in Terrauzza, from where it is very easy and fast get all the places of monumental, cultural and natural interest of the province of Syracuse.

Terms of cancellation of one reservation:
- Cancellation more than 121 days before the lease: Total reimbursement of the price of the lease.
- Cancellation between 61 and 120 days before the lease: reimbursement of the 80% of the price of the lease.
- Cancellation between 31 and 60 days before the lease: reimbursement of 50% of the price of the lease
- Cancellation 30 days before the lease: no reimbursement of the price of the lease.
