You shouldn't ask guests to clean the fireplace or tell them that it's unacceptable to leave their last load of dishes in the washer. A physical office where guests can get discount lift tickets would also be nice. It also isn't OK to try and sell travel insurance when the seller knows the buyer won't qualify for the coverage.

Unit was nice, clean. Couldn't get Cell service, and no wi-fi made it a little challenging, esp when the winter storm came through. Property manager was very helpful. Unit was very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Could use another TV or two, and decor could use some updating. But, honestly - I'm being picky. We had a very nice stay and it was a nice place for the price.

I very much enjoyed my stay that was arranged through First Accomodations! Trent helped me from booking the reservation up to adding an additional night stay with no problems. I highly recommend them to friends and will most likely use them again to arrange my next trip!

I have been coming to this vacation spot for more than 10 yrs now, everytime is better and better. We have tried another spot in the beginning, however, the view and comfort of still feeling at home away from home drew us to Carnelian Woods more and more. Just the thought that not only do we enjoy this place but our kids love this place is more than words can say for us. Every year we look forward to coming here to enjoy and celebrate in the snow. I am always relaxed and this is the best place to do that at. If you want to have a peace of mind, relaxation, or just a cool place to stay, Totally recommend staying at the Carnelian Woods!!

Only issue was a neighbor doing construcion on their unit at 10 pm at night with a pneumatic nail gun. They were nice about stopping when we went over and asked them to.

There were only two things we were not happy about.1. There was no grill even though it said there would be one.2. The recreation center was not open late enough for us to use when we got back to the property after our daily activities. The pool closed at 7 pm each night.Renae Thomas
