2 bed/2.5 bath ski-in/walk-to Snowflake lift multi-level townhome. King, queen, bunk and sleeper sofa sleeps 8. Gas fireplace, balcony, washer/dryer, seasonal common hot tub/pool, full kitchen. One car garage. Walk to Main St. WIFI. 1200 sf.
Winterpoint offers a fantastic ski-in/walk-to location to Snowflake lift and to Main Street downtown Breckenridge. It's just one block from the Snowflake lift and you can ski down the 4 O'Clock run across the street. This moderate multi-level townhome has a cozy but separate living room with a gas fireplace and plenty of seating for families. Just up the stairs is the kitchen and dining room.
Both bedrooms are located on second floor separated by a long hallway, giving plenty of privacy between rooms. Master bedroom has a king bed, TV and balcony looking out to the trees. Second bedroom has a brand new queen bed and a bunk (two twins). Queen sofa sleeper in living room. Washer/dryer in unit and private one car garage.
After a day on the slopes, enjoy seasonal access to the heated swimming pool and hot tubs in the Upper Village 1.5 blocks away. Located 2 blocks to Main Street for dining, shopping and entertainment. Complimentary WIFI available. No smoking. 1200 sq. ft.
Parking for one vehicle in attached garage only.
Seasonal shared pool & hot tub use. No access between Easter to July 1 and from October to Thanksgiving.

winterpoint january 12 A guest from Florida, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in January, 2012 the property was winterpoint unit 21. The unit was a bit dated with old tv's etc. Overall it was ok for a short trip for a bunch of guys.the price was right. One of the stairway handles came out. Could have been a dangerous situation but the mgmt office fixed it right away. advertised as ski in but you still need to walk the same distance as the walk up to the lift. relatively close to town with not much of a walk uphill. Not a bad place but if you want better amenities look elsewhere. I had stayed at beaver run before which is more like hotel living but in a condo. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2011 Garage door was not working, so one person had to hold it open in order to get SUV inside. Door would not stay open automatically. Stayed for 6 days in December, 2009 Our family of three plus five friends of our teenage son experienced a first class vacation in Breckenridge the week before Christmas. It was our first ski trip and the folks at Summit Mountain Rentals were very informative - from offering tips about the area and suggestions for equipment rental to ordering our lift tickets (which were waiting on us at check-in!). We would like to return to Breckenridge and when we do, we will surely use Summit Mountain Rentals again. |
