Wonderful Stay at the Beach Mark F. from McCordsville, IN recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in March, 2013 We had a wonderful time! The condo was clean, but there was a little odor when we first got there. A mildew smell, but the condo may have been closed up for a while before we got there.A few small maintenance issues that did not effect our stay and we didn't even report to management. The chair in the living room had a loose arm, the patio screen door was off the track and there were small tears in the couch cushions. No big deal.Access to the beach is wonderful and the view was wonderful. Saw dolphins several times.Thanks for a great week! |

Nice condo but needs updates/maintenance A guest from Irvine, KY recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in August, 2012 We had a great time and love Gulf Shores. Condo size was great and location/view very nice. However, the unit needs a deep cleaning, maintenance and updates. There was an odor in one bathroom that was unpleasant. Floor had not been cleaned thoroughly. Chair in living room was wobbly and towel rack in bathroom was loose. Subjectively, I think furnishings and decor could use an update with more of a "beach" feel rather than "safari". In retrospect, we should have called Bender Realty immediately for a re-clean of the space which probably would have improved our experience. The folks at Bender were very nice and professional. |

Our airconditioner was broken for the first three days and we had asked for a reduction but no luck there. BTW they did fix the air right away when notified and were very pleasant to deal with. |

Stayed for 5 days in October, 2010 The only problem we had was there was a leak in the indoor pool and couldn't use it which is the primary reason for staying here. Also we picked this condo because the outdoor pool was heated and the heater didn't seem to be working either. Talked with Bender Reality about checking the heater and don't believe anyone actually checked into it for me. A little disappointed in that but now realize I can't believe when people tell me the pool is actually heated. Otherwise nice condo and nice location. Also it wasn't hard to get to the room from your car and to the beach. |

Otherwise we loved the place and one of my son-in-laws wants to plan a vacation with some of their neighbors that travel together. They went to Myrtle Beach last year but they liked this a lot better. |
