Thank you for fixing the problems ASAP A guest from Portland, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2012 When we arrived, the place had obviously only been quickly surface cleaned. The beds were made, toilets and sinks clean, kitchen tidy. The floors were filthy dirty as though they had not been scrubbed or even mopped for a very long time and the carpet also had not been well vacuumed for a long time. We found chip crumbs and various debris everywhere. There was hair in the shower and the curtains were extremely moldy. After several phone calls to management, they were extremely apologetic and came over to clean right away. It was unfortunate that the cleaning people were not doing their job. Property Manager Response: Response from Central Oregon Accommodations Curtain referred to was the inside shower curtain (liner) . We replaced it immediately. New flooring has been ordered, but due to constant rentals in this unit, there has not been time to put it down and let it settle. |

mislead Mark L. from East Long Meadow, MA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2012 We were told more than a few times by Vivian that it was a few steps up to unit. It was 32 plus 6 from the parking lot. It was main concern when securing the rental because we had traveling with us a 92 year old women who was with a walker and weak. We tried to contact the number on reservation immediately and never heard from them. Called again when we returned to home and still not contact until this inquiry. Not a bowl for salad, fritos in silverware drawer, dingy kitchen with marked floors. |

Not Happy A guest from Happy Valley, OR does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in May, 2012 Missed out on some things due to a delivery, offered compensation. Kitchen faucet only HOT water, black mold in upstairs shower ceiling. Couch has springs sticking out, cut my daughter and she had to get stitches at 1am ER visit. Tried to tell owner about it, never returned my calls. Left messages |

Great location -- Close to Mt Bachelor and Bend. The grandchildren love to swim in the outdoor heated swim pool. Especially in A guest from Zionsville, PA recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in March, 2010 The kitchen could use a few larger bowls-- esp. for salads. A few starter logs for the fire place would be nice. |

The restaurant/bar and pools are wonderful at Inn of the Seventh Mountain. The rental agency of Susan Scott could not be better - very helpful, very personal and responsive.The condo itself is a bit dated. The appliances & cabinets particularly could be upgraded. The air conditioning was okay.Overall, great time was had ... would do it again specially if had Susan to make the booking!!! |

Stayed for 5 days in July, 2008 the resort was great but we had a problem with our first place and we had to move and pay alot more for the other room conpaired to all the other places i have stayed and people i have worked with this was way over priced and not helpful when we had problems. we brought 2 young children and we had to move twice wich took the greater portion of our first day. the first room we got was disgusting. it was not our fault we couldn't stay there and we ended up having to pay 350 more for the week. the man we talked to on the phone was very rude, not helpful and the proceeded to charge our credit card without i would like to stay at the resort but i would not make my reservations through central oregon accomodations again. |
