The staff members were professional and friendly, and the gentlemen (Kirby) that drove us to our room and to get our golf cart was vert professional and a true gentlemen. Each time we come there are more of us (grandchildren). We like the way things are, laid back non-commercial, people are friendly and we wish we could come more often. However, it was disappointing that there were not enough sheets for the rollaway bed when we went to make it up late a night. When we called the next morning, asking for proper sheets, the person in housekeeping didn't even apologize. Since we were paying $400/night, we expected better. Also, a small suggestion, the unit we were in did not have enough coffee mugs for the amount of persons in our unit. |
