skiing in the sun A guest from Gatineau, QC recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in April, 2016 This is the second year that we have stayed in wildwood lodge and we have found the quality price ratio to be excellent.
Clean and convenient A guest from Vancouver, BC recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in March, 2016 This 2 bdrm unit was clean and quiet. It had a queen in one room and a single bed plus a single over double bunk in the other room plus a pull out in the living room. The pullout was very uncomfortable as most sofa beds are, but this was particularly bad. The rest of the beds were fine. It was nice to have two bathrooms for us girls. The unit would have been cramped for 6, but was fine for us 4. It could use some updating. There was a nice big closet area for bags and ski boots (ski locker was downstairs). The shared hot tub was nice and hot in March. The pool was closed for winter. The front staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good- the free shuttle came frequently in front of the condo to take us to Blackcomb or Whistler. Parking was free. It was easy to walk to the main village for dinner (about 10-12 min walk). Overall a solid stay for a girls March Break getaway, but don't expect anything fancy.
Two Days in Whistler at the Wildwood. A guest from Kakabeka Falls, ON recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in February, 2016 Two sunny days on the mountains and two nights in a unit in which we accommodated 8 adults in comfort. The unit was compact but versatile. We made breakfast and lunches but ate out in the evening. Recommendable.
Property Manager Response: Response from Peak to Green Accommodations Inc. Thanks for the kind words. Sorry you couldn't stay longer.
Never heard from the owner Tanya H. from Redmond, WA does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 5 days in February, 2016 It wasn't. The owner never got back to me about renting the place.
Property Manager Response: Response from Peak to Green Accommodations Inc. What a ridiculous absurd review. We have no idea what this review means. Guest stayed Feb 12 to 17 so what does it mean when she says we did not get back to her about renting the place. She rented it, but did so through a travel agent!!!!!!!!
Excellent apartment Colleen M. from Vancouver, BC recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in July, 2015 The apartment was exactly as described and a perfect base for exploring the Whistler Blackcomb area. We were a family of five, so the sleeping areas within the apartment worked perfectly for us and we liked how quiet the area was at night. The booking and check in process was great, and everyone was very friendly. We used the kitchen facilities (everything you need is provided which is great) and the two showers saved us time in the mornings! We didn't have time to use the pool but it was a good size. Would recommend this apartment.
Great location A guest from Ottawa, ON recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in March, 2015 Excellent location w/in five minute walk of the Blackcomb lifts. Nicely appointed building. Would stay here again. Unit 202 could use painting.
Property Manager Response: Response from Peak to Green Accommodations Inc. Thank you for taking the time to give us a review. We agree totally that the condo does need painting. that has been communicated to the owner and we are waiting for approval to proceed. All properties are privately owned and each owner has separate budgets for upgrades.
Christmas at Whistler A guest from Seattle, WA does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 4 days in December, 2014 Way too expensive for what it was. The whole condo needs a coat of paint. All of the appliances are ancient. One toilet and the refrigerator leaked all week despite our complaints. A tape player for an entertainment center? The furniture in the living room is very uncomfortable. Two light bulbs were burned out when we arrived. The lighting throughout is terrible. Really hard to read anywhere. Four towels for 4 adults and no extras for the hot tub? The location was great.
Wonderful stay A guest from Merrit, BC recommends this property.
Stayed for 6 days in July, 2013 Great location and perfect bed configuration for us. Pool was wonderful. One of the toilets needs some work and the pantry door needs to be fixed but the unit was clean and suited our needs just fine.
Perfect for a family with 4 children. A guest from Den Dolder, Nederland recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in December, 2012 The apartment we rented was perfect for our family. (2 Adults, four children.) It had enough room for the six of us, with a well equipped kitchen, and is conveniently located near the Blackcomb lifts.
A sunny week in Whistler A guest from London, UK recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in February, 2012 A great week in Whistler, and that wasn't just the weather. The property was handy for the lifts and restaurants / bars, without having the noise of the village. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment had all that we needed to knock up breakfasts and evening meals if we wanted, and to enjoy a comfortable sit down after a long day on the slopes. Thanks to all.
UNIT 202 Bob W. from St. Catherines, ON recommends this property.
Stayed for 5 days in February, 2012 NEED TO REPLACE CUPBOARD DOOR IN KITCHEN...WHEN WE ARRIVED I NOTICED THERE WAS CHIPPED ENAMEL IN BATHROOM SINK WHICH SHOULD BE REPAIRED (COVERED UP) ... .PRETTY GOOD OVERALL....
Just OK A guest from West Vancouver, BC does not recommend this property.
Stayed for 2 days in July, 2011 The rooms were quite tired and in need of an update and the price reflected this. The reservation staff were exceptionally helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The pool and hot tub area were in decent shape. Someone left a a dog in a nearby room which barked constantly throughout the day.
Wildwood long weekend Simon P. from Vancouver, BC recommends this property.
Stayed for 3 days in April, 2011 I found the property and the location great. The layout of the 2nd bedroom with the single bed + bunkbed makes it very practical. The hot tub was also very nice. Only negative: the oven had not been properly cleaned and smoked badly when we heated some plates. This is an older unit at a reasonable price, so mattresses and pillows were OK, but the unit would benefit from newer more comfortable mattresses and pillows.Thanks.
Wildwood 202 Ian W. from Ashburn, ON recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in December, 2010 Once again, location and overall stay were good. However, Wildwood #202 continues to be significantly below the standard of other similarly priced units. We stayed in #202 about 2 seasons ago and gave similar comments. Very marginal changes were seen (a few more cups and glasses only). Knives are not sharp (none of them). Kitchen is marginally equipped with very low quality small appliances, old style range, and older spartan dishes. A few key small appliances would make a difference during a ski trip - examples would be a slow cooker, toaster that works properly, and coffee maker with a timer. Rooms, while clean and with acceptable furniture, are in need of general repaint and repair. I will not rent #202 again. The people working the desk at Wildwood were all very helpful, friendly and accommodating.
Great centralized location and value Pauline B. from Palmetto, FL recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in December, 2010 Very good location central to all activities and shopping. Management always helpful. Condo was in great shape and just the right size for our party. Would recommend and would stay again.
Wildwood #202 A guest from Lynden, WA recommends this property.
Stayed for 4 days in December, 2009 We enjoyed our stay in Blackcomb as we usually do. The only suggestion I have is that the condo we rented needs a paint job. It didn't feel fresh and there seemed to be a lot of dust in the air in the apartment. Otherwise, it was very nice, good location and helpful staff. Would stay there again but maybe in a different room. Thanks for a great time!
Great time at Wildwood Lodge Stephane G. from Montreal, PQ recommends this property.
Stayed for 2 days in February, 2009 Thanks to Monica and Barry it was nice dealing with you. Great location, great propertie.
Wildwood 202 Ian W. from Ashburn, ON recommends this property.
Stayed for 6 days in December, 2008 unit was not clean when we arrived. Several instances of less than careful attention by cleaners - dirty dishes under bed, dirty linen on pull-out bed (we did not use), old coffee grounds in machine, dirty dishes in drawer and in dishwaher. This unit is very spartan and in need of an overhaul. handles missing from dressers, sinks with broken and leaky faucets, chips out of porcelain, kitchen cupboards with large gouges out of them, bunk bed mattresses not comfortable, hanging hooks broken/missing in bedroom, old TV cabinet "stored" in corner, newer TV and stereo placed in living room looking more like a university dorm than a $500 a night ski condo. Unit 202 is not good value for the money.
Thanks for a great time Guy G. from London, United Kingdom recommends this property.
Stayed for 7 days in February, 2008 Wildwood was a very nice, clean apartment building, with super friendly staff. It's a short walk to the slopes, and a slightly longer walk back from the village at night. A shame the hot tub was broken when we stayed, but we were offered the use of the tub in the adjacent building.
