Shuttle stop was a pretty good distance to walk and the ski out was close but you had to take your skis off once you got down to the road and walk across the street to the lift. The ski in wasn't too bad unless you snowboarded. It was tough on them because it is flat. The property management team was AWESOME!!!! They were there and willing to go above and beyond to help you with everything you needed. The proerty team made it worth the stay. Great place but i would recommend having a vehicle so you don't have to depend on the shuttle getting to town. |

Walk to the ski trail was very do-able and the hot tub was amazing. The house was very clean, only rated 4 stars on the property condition because the hot water and heat were broken when we got there but the management company was very responsive and came to the house quickly to solve the problems. Sleeping 5 adults in the big room downstairs wasn't ideal but if you have a tight knit group it's definitely doable. Would definitely stay at this house again. |

Feb. 5th 2011 A guest from Kingfisher, OK recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in January, 2011 The staff at Summit Mountain Rentals were very helpful and prompt. It is considered a ski in-ski out property. The information states several different distances from the lift. Some in our party could ski to Four O'Clock, but some could not. So you had to put on your skis to ski down Four O'Clock then you had to remove your skis and walk across a street to the snowflake lift. The unit is nice, but the TV in the living area is small. Things I would bring from home in addition to my griddle are a cutting board and a Dutch oven. There were not enough large glasses for our party of 8. The ice maker was not working. I loved having a bathroom per bedroom. I would definitely stay in this unit again. |
