1.Lock Box code: Dispite knowing it was erroneous,nothing done about it until we sweltered in 93 temps finding owner!2 Blinds for porch door fell off day 1.3.Support for frig door lower unit missing rendering that space useless4.Tile table is broken and should be fixed5.airconditioner in bedroom does not work and should be fixed.6.Lettuce drawer cannot open properly as the unit is too big for the space!!Conclusion: Most folks would have left. We stayed and Susan was notified. The unit has a superb view.The customer is always right and serve the people is the only way a good business shouild operate!Owner should pay a visit to the property.Good luck!Kirk Prindle

Although this is a beautiful condo w/ a great king sized bed, we were very disappointed with our stay. We did not have heat the first day, and didn't get a space heater or fire log until day two. Granted... everyone in the place had lost heat, but we were disappointed w/ the lack of communication we received. Our phone calls weren't returned, even after the trip. The DVD player didn't work, and the CD player didn't work the first day or two. We ended up spending most of our time away from the condo at my sister's home in Bend. For $150 a night, we would have expected to be able to watch movies, relax, and be warm. We feel that we did not get all of the amenities we paid for, and we were not compensated in any way for the heat situation.

We used to stay at the Inn every year but haven't been back in 6 years due to the condition of the place. When I opened the door to our unit when we arrived, I quickly closed it thinking I had the wrong unit, that I was walking into a private unit. It was so nicely decorated and the bed was fabulous. My husband also spent time sleeping in the leather furniture because it was so comfortable. Only problem was that there was construction going on in our unit so was a bit noisy, but we were not in our unit that often during the day and this is a temporary situation. The pool was nice although we didn't have much time to spend there. We had a great time.

We enjoyed Inn at the Seventh Mtn Resort. The condo we booked was dated and not as clean (cigarette butts on balcony, deck BBQ filthy, bathtub in need of replacement)furniture outdated but comfortable. That being said it was priced right and the pools and rec staff at the resort were fabulous. We enjoyed the restaurant as well. Rafting trip was fun, skating an added bonus, mini golf available. Next time we would probably try a different central Oregon resort.

Wonderful view of river and pond. Really short walk to pool, store and resturant. We loved to room, but it needed a little dusting in spots and we did not find a bath mat to step out on after shower. Kitchen is will stocked and room is very comfortable.

Great place to stay in Bend, Oregon

I was very impressed with the condition of the condo. It was updated and furnished in a way that fit with the style of Bend living. The condo was very clean and well-stocked with extra towels, bedding, bathroom, and kitchen supplies. The view of the Deschutes river from the back deck was great. I would highly recommend reserving this unit, and I plan to come back for another visit.

The room was great and we enjoyed a restful weekend. The weather could have cooperated more, windy and cold, so we didn't want to barbecue outside. Thanks for a nice stay.

General condition great, except the bathroom. Location a little far out of town but close to Mt bachelor. Some fees not on listing. Besides bathroom Great room and resort amenaties.

Crack in the bath-tub, and soft spot under the tub. Kitchen sink moved all around, it wasn't securely fastened. Lots of cowwebs!
