Vacation Condo Rental Description:
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom town house is located in the Upper Village, a 10-15 minute walk from the Blackcomb lifts. Easy access to the Village and lifts on the free Village Shuttle that stops just outside of Snowgoose. The Master Bedroom has a queen bed with ensuite bath, the second bedroom contains a twin-over-double bunk, with the second bath just across the hallway. This unit has a full ktichen with sunken living and dining area, balcony, washer/dryer and wood burning fireplace. Peaceful- great location for families!

Excellent Spot Joshua H. from Rose Bay, NSW recommends this property. Stayed for 32 days in January, 2013 Great home, spacious, excellent living, kitchen and dining area, and bonus drying room too! The bus stops right outside the complex, and loops around and stops again near the complex, which is great because you can tell when the bus is coming as it is a 3 minute loop from one snowgoose stop to the next snowgoose stop. Get off at 'the coast' and ski down the small trail right onto blackcomb mountain, which is only a couple stops from where you get on. Also, when skiing home, take the 'home trail' on the skier's right of blackcomb underneath wizard chair, and follow the signs to 'horstman house' and then to 'snowgoose'. the trail spits you out right into the complex! I would definitely stay here again, as it was a great place in a very convenient location. The only downside was the distance from the village (about 15 minutes walk or 10 on a bus), but it is definitely not a hassle, and the walks were extremely relaxing anyway! |

My stay at Snowgoose 3 Whstler BC Thomas Z. from Mahopac, NY recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2008 A great location as far as public transportation and closeness to mountain. The unit was exceptionally large, bright and comfortable and more then exceded expectations based on a lot of previous online rentals. A great feature I thought was the entry area mud room that was heated and provide more then ample storage space for coats, boots, and skiis. Never seen like this and was really impressed.One draw back, as a unit for 6 only 4 chairs were provided for dining area but since there were only two of us it never became an issue. I'm sure if I would of called the management office this detail would of been taken care of promptly. We were also a little disappointed that fireplace could only be used with artifical logs- I call them napalm sticks- but heard this is because of limitations to available firewood. This is sometthing that should be included with property description in same vane as gas fired fireplaces. Be carefull of snowload on roofs at units if weather warms as a few nights we had major dumps that sounded like earthquakes as snow let loose and came crashing down. Really scared us the first time. LOL Overall a great place and when I return to Whistler it would be first on my list to see if available. |

Stayed for 6 days in January, 2008 Very convenient location just a minutes free bus ride to the slopes in the morning and ski all the way back to the accommodation in the afternoon. Warm and clean rooms - plenty of space. Had a great time - fantastic skiing. Accommodation close to town if you want the night-life and don't mind a short bus ride but far enough away to have peace and quiet at night. |
