Take the lighted 69 stairs (with 6 landings) up to this home, perched high on a hill to optimize the ocean views. Once up the stairs, you'll understand the namesake! Charming home with plenty of room for 8 guests to enjoy a bit of paradise! Cute kitchen has everything you?ll need to cook up a meal. The main level bath is unique with its beautiful wood, walk-in shower. Bedroom located off the living area, has a queen bed and a very comfortable décor. Living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player and all new furniture, including a queen size sleeper sofa, recliner love seat and an easy chair. Although the true river rock fireplace is not operational, it is a nice focal point of the room. Ocean views from the living area, kitchen and the deck ad to the charm of this home! Downstairs, you will enjoy a ?family? area on the landing, complete with 4 bean-bag chairs, TV and VCR, and plenty of games, movies and puzzles. Bath has a tub-shower combination and laundry. The guest room is family friendly, or perfect for teens, with one queen bed and a bunk bed set. Outdoors enjoy a gas BBQ and a deck with ocean views!
Please Note: There is parking for two vehicles only, at the bottom of the stairs. While the parking is off street, it is along Hwy 101. There is NO access to this home other than to take the 69 stairs. There is no parking for RV's or towed trailers.
