The Villa was great. Nicely furnished with lots of space. The kitchen and dining area is huge and the kitchen was well stocked to get us started. Aside from a couple of permanent spots on bedroon carpets, the entire villa was spotless. A couple of small maintenance issues were dealt with right away by the property management. I don't know how they do it, but the weather was perfect for the entire two weeks we were there while I hear there was rain in other areas. We will definitely return.

The condo was comfortable, well appointed and luxurious. Additionally, we were very impressed with both the maindland and local booking agents as well as the local management. Both booking agents responded quickly and competently to any questions or concerns prior to our arrival. While we were there a very minor problem developed requiring us to call the manager. She was at our door in less that ten minutes; the problem was corrected ten minutes later.

All good, except for the mouse that lived in the kitchen with us. Fortunately one I reported it to you the property management brought a trap to the unit and a day little our univited guest was removed from the condo.

We had a couple issues with the bbq, which was annoying, but property manager did their best to take care of it. The location was awesome! The villa is gorgeous and has everything you could need. There was construction going on across the street at the time (8/07) but hopefully that is over with now. We would definitely stay there again!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. The furnishings were beautiful - the gourmet kitchen was very well appointed and the expansive Lanai (our favorite feature)was phenominal.
