Our unit is located within a three minute walk to the pool-clubhouse and another minute or so to the beach on Anaeho'omalu Bay via a private gate at the clubhouse (called “A-Bay” by the locals because that’s easier to say.) The bay hosts numerous water activities—you can enjoy a sunset cruise, go snorkeling or diving, play in the ocean or just relax and work on your golden tan.

Kolea villas are the most luxurious condon complex in Waikoloa Beach Resort. The Beach Club Pavilion features full kitchen, a natural lava hot tub, infinity edge pool, and a children's pool with a sand bottom and waterfall. A fully equipped open air exercise room overlooks the pool and the ocean. Complimentary beach towels are also provided for your use at the beach club

Construction activity has been underway on the entrance side of Kolea (Phases 2 & 3.) Construction is winding down. Our villa is in building No. 3 in Phase 1, on the “exit side” of Kolea, which has been finished since June 05. While you will drive by construction en route to our villa, this should not adversely impact your vacation enjoyment. Also, some individual homes are being built, including one in front of building No. 3 (visible from our unit.) Construction activity is generally limited to 8 a.m. – 4 Monday through Friday. We are not aware of any major noise issues at our villa
