A guest from Portland, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2016 We had a great stay with perfect location for access to mountain biking! Except for the power outage the first night, everything was fine.
A guest from Richmond, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 2 days in June, 2016 We enjoyed our stay at the Wildwood Lodge - Unity #315. The unit was clean and the amenities were great. Especially enjoyed the large hot tub.The location was more than a short walk to the village, however having a vehicle - it was only a few min. drive.I would definitely recommend the unit and do plan to return.
Jeffrey B. from West Linn, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in March, 2016 Excellent skiing at Whistler Blackcomb. Wildwood is an easy ski to Wizard lift, or walk to the village. Bus #5 stops right in front. Nice older units have been kept up well = good value. Very helpful on site managers, jacuzzi, ski lockers & ample parking seal the deal. Have stayed here 4-5 times over last 15 +/- years, will be back.
Diana C. from Woodinville, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2016 We had a nice mostly quiet stay at Wildwood Lodge. The staff was nice. The room was clean. The hot tub was toasty and relaxing. we did have trouble with the toilet in our room as well as a burned out light bulb and a non-working stick fan (which they replaced for us). The toilet took a couple days for them to get sorted out. It was annoying, running constantly. In general, we liked the location, it was inexpensive, and we had a good time.
A guest from ., NL does not recommend this property. Stayed for 4 days in January, 2016 Unit 315 is well worn and desperately needs and upgrade.Carpets are worn with permanent stains and burn markets I had friends staying in other units in the same building and they had been upgraded and better supplied.Other than the carpet the unit was clean, and sound proof.Good location, short walk to ski out path.
Property Manager Response: Response from Peak to Green Accommodations Inc. Comments will be passed on to the owners. We agree to some extent, but not to grade the property condition as a 1 out of 5.
Adam N. from Bellevue, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in August, 2015 We stayed here during the Crankworx mountain bike festival. It was more than enough room for everyone to spread out and the location was an easy 15 minute walk from the main Whistler chairlifts. Free, secure parking on-site was a nice bonus.
A guest from Auckland, NI does not recommend this property. Stayed for 2 days in July, 2015 We had 5 of us (3 adults and two older kids) stay 2 nights during summer. The block itself is good - good location within Whistler, well organised, parking under residence, helpful duty manager. The place itself is a bit dated, carpet needed renewing (actually do better without carpet) may sleep 6 but really can only accommodate 4 (only 1 shower) and without aircon gets too hot for summer. Probably a decent stay for 4 skiiers.
Property Manager Response: Response from Peak to Green Accommodations Inc. The unit is actually in quite good condition but perhaps the carpet does not meet the guest's taste. It is clean. Bed configuration was known to guests prior to arrival as was the bathroom configuration. There is a 2nd half bath in the loft for convenience. Property score is not appropriate. Guests chose by price and jammed too many people in. The Wildwood Lodge also has 2 nice showers by the pool for anyone to use. They did not mention the beautiful pool and hot tub on site, free parking, wifi, etc..
Previous guest comments for the same unit one week "It was a wonderful experience in Whistler. The vacation home was clean and comfortable. Not much of congestion, probably because of off season visit. Walkable distance to Whistler village by a trail surrounded by natural beauty. Property manager was very helpful in accommodating our late arrival and made arrangement prior to our arrival. " How can 2 different guests have such opposing views.!!!!
Brad B. from Nanaimo, BC does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in June, 2015 Arrived to find the hot tub out of service, wrong key code to access garage, and toilet plugged in the room. Not a good start. When we checked in we were told the baggage carts were in the underground parking garage (perfect)but what we weren't told is that you can't actually make it to your room with them. There are steps in the hallway where you have to stop and then you have spin your 4 ft cart around in a 5ft hallway unload your stuff and carry it to the room. Day 2, get back from tough mudder race in the rain, cold wet no hot tub, that's okay we'll turn on the gas fireplace...NOT. They shut the gas off to the room. Called and ask if it they could turn it on, and they told us it was a fire hazard and they couldn't do it because there was a fire ban...what a joke. Pool doesn't open till 10 am either for what reason I don't know?We asked the rental company for a discount and they said they didn't have the authority to do this. Save your money and stay somewhere else.
Property Manager Response: Response from Peak to Green Accommodations Inc. It is strata policies to turn off gas in the summer as a huge cost savings. One day later and guests were asking for fans and AC. Wildwood has a huge HEATED pool for guest enjoyment.

A guest from Vessy, GE recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in April, 2015 Very nice condo with everything needed. We can walk everywhere and no need any car. Person at the desk was very kind and helpful.
A guest from Halifax, NS recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in February, 2015 Great location only short walk to hills. Very accommodating and friendly staff. Clean unit with full kitchen 1.5 baths. Flatscreen TV, cable ,DVD and wireless internet included.
Jeremy C. from Mississauga, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in February, 2014 Washroom door did not stay locked. Also if you go with 4 people, there is not much space for all 4 luggage a and 4 board bags. You will have to use the drawers. Other than that great place.
Philip T. from Tai Hang, Hong Kong does not recommend this property. Stayed for 3 days in February, 2014 We've stayed at three units in the building and this one was the worst by some measure. Kitchen poorly stocked with ancient, mismatched items. Refresh required - or cut the price by 30%.
Property Manager Response: Response from Peak to Green Accommodations Inc. Thanks for your feedback. Not sure what was expected for $225 per night, but we haven't had similar comments. The description of the kitchen is quite misleading. It is strange that the guest who stayed immediately after had a totally different impression of the property..!! This is what the guests at New Years said about the exact same unit. "The property we stayed in was clean and comfortable." They rated it a 5 and recommended it for other.
A guest from Victoria, BC recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in August, 2012 Worth the extra walk up the hill to have a quite, clean and family friendly place to stay. Also great access to bike trail around lost lake!
A guest from Medina, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in July, 2012 Quite decent, however the ventilation was not adequate for the hot weather. The loft area exceeded 90 degrees. If the upper windows were made to be opened, that would allow the hot air to escape, and the place could at least cool down after the sunset.
A guest from LONDON, LONDON recommends this property. Stayed for 6 days in February, 2012 Wildwood Lodge in the Upper Village is in quieter end of town so allows you to escape the busy town centre. It also has very easy access to the Blackcomb slopes and is only a 10 minute walk or 2 minute bus ride to Whistler village. The apartment decor was a bit dated and needed some modernisation but it was a good size for our group of 4 and had great views from the big windows and balcony. If you're looking for simple, well located reasonably priced accomodation this is ideal.
Dissappointing Accomodations: The kitchen floor was found dirty, sticky. Many of the pans for cooking had hard, old, crusted f
Deborah S. from Milford, PA does not recommend this property. Stayed for 5 days in December, 2010 DVD player did not work. Bathroom shower made high pitched squeal. We will NOT go back to this facility. Additionally, they charged me $50 for one key that was not returned to the front desk upon departure. It was left in the room, but they charged me anyway and stated it was not there. Unfortunately, they have lost my business completely. The accomodations were shockingly filthy.
A guest from Woodinville, WA recommends this property. Stayed for 4 days in December, 2010 Easy access to lifts using free bus shuttle. Condo is clean and functional (except for coffee maker and DVD player). Rules for checking out were not given, so not clear how much cleaning we were supposed to do.
A guest from St Albans, Hertfordshire recommends this property. Stayed for 5 days in August, 2010 Issues:the DVD player had instructions but did not workthe oven gave us a problem - we wanted to cook frozen pizza but could only make it heat up as a grill from either or above or below. Is this how Canadian ovens work?!The paperwork implied towels and bedding would be changed half way through our week and some cleaning done - it was notHowever, the location is wonderful - quiet but central, wonderful views, more than enough crockery and silverware and towels
Sandy N. from Collingwood, ON recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in April, 2009 We were told there were bunks in the condos, we arrived to no bunkbeds, just doubles, queens and 2 twins, in 7 condos we rented. This made sleeping arrangements difficult as we had no couples. Also some of the condos were fairly run down, and could use a reno. Location is good though.
Karin K. from Calgary, AB does not recommend this property. Stayed for 6 days in March, 2008 The location of this property was excellent. Great view, convenient for the bus and short walk to town. Property manager was very helpful at all times. Our only complaint was the bed in the master bedroom which was uncomfortable and felt(and sounded) like it was going to fall apart every time you rolled over. That is the only reason I wouldn't recommend the unit.
