donahue house....the "kid" house

this is a great house for lots of people who don't need modern amenities and don't mind a little coastal mildew. The downstairs bathroom has some mildew challenges in the shower/shower window area. Also, the kitchen is VERY small, so if you like to cook this may not be the house for you. The front deck is AMAZING and is a great sunny spot for much of the day...a perfect spot for coffee in the morning, board games and happy hour.

The Donohue home was a great place to getaway with the family. The house was well equipped with everything you could imagine and the beds were very comfortable. All we needed to do was bring our clothes and food. The pond was well stocked since everyone who fished caught one! We loved the private beach area and the many deer we saw daily. The price was very reasonable when comparing to what every other place is charging and we will definitely be back! Thanks to the rental office for making the process very simple.

The house is in pretty good condition. Doesn't look like much from the outside but it's nice and comfy inside. There's no central heater but there is a fireplace. There's no dishwasher so it's a good thing we brought paper plates or else we'll be wasting time washing all the dishes!
