A queen sized Master bedroom with ensuite, a second bedroom with two single twin sized beds + ensuite, and a queen sized sofa bed in the living area complete the main floor sleeping configuration. The upstairs loft area contains two single twin sized beds. Only complaint would be parking, you get one spot for a 8 person unit and no real chance at one of three visitor spots for dozens of units.

Stayed for 3 days in January, 2013 The key situation was the problem until we were given more keys for our group.Then we could all do our own thing and still be able to get back into the building, and bedding kept coming off the beds. I mentioned it and they remade the beds. They probably need new tighter linens.

Perfect size for our family of 6 to have a nice cozy ski vacation.Two major drawbacks: no ski storage and two of the beds in this unit were terrible, the sheets didn't even fit the bed and kept sliding off.

With 4 adults coming and going at different times and only 2 keys. This complicated things and left people locked out in the cold. A room key should be provided for every adult in the party. We also found stains on the sheet. The other issue was the lack of hanging hooks, towel racks making it difficult to hang anything to dry. Bathroom towel rack only held 1 towel with no space to hang face or hand towels. It would be a good idea for the owner to increase towel racks in bathrooms. The property managers were very helpful and did their best to address our concerns, however they had no access to extra keys.

In the bathroom, it would be better if there are something we can hang our pyjama or towels. Kitchen is not really fully equip, towels for dishes, for a long stay like 10 nights, hope it can be improved, but overall, we did enjoyed the stay at Whistler as always, good snow and good ski.

Stayed for 6 days in January, 2011 We arrived at our condo and it was below average compared to oother properties we have stayed at over the years in the same price range. Our room was dark and the bedrooms were small. Getting in and out of the condo was like breaking into Fory Knox you needed a key to get into the lobby and a key to get into the elevator then a code to open your room a bit overkill and tough with a group of six and 2 keys!But my main gripe was with the management which freely accessed our room unannounced and without us present. They entered our room several times for differnet reasons over the course of 6 days. The final insult was the manager changed our roomcode because we hadn't promptly sighned a receipt for our stay (which was fully paid) the mountain and village are great and it wa still a fantastic vacation.

The kitchen was well equipped, and had some non pershables such as salt and pepper. The price was reasonable for what we got. The location very convenient. On the downside: it was a little noisy - outdoor noise, not from other rooms. It would have been nice to have had two couches as the place sleeps up to 8 (we were only five). It wasn't obvious how to recycle glass, paper etc. Geting in was a little complicated and you had to memorize (or keep on you) a 6 digit code to get into the bedroom. The pool was tiny, and the hot-tub-pool area was not a particulary nice place to hang out in (all concrete and right by the street). And the unit only had one parking spot.

We find the keyless entry system far superior to handing out keys and trying to keep track of them. There is no such thing as lost keys possibly getting into the wrong hands and guests being charged for lost keys. Parking is always a problem in Whistler, however, we do offer solutions. Was not aware that a key had to be retrieved and not being met by a person. This led to a bit of frustration as we were excited to arrive but felt we were on a scavenger hunt for the key/location. Workers in Village were not aware of Tyndell Stone. Unit should be described as a Condo!

Can accommodate a lot of people so good value for larger groups. In-suite laundry facilities a bonus. However, no A/C (hot in summer), noisy (can't close windows due A/C!), and a little run down (missing closet door, many scratches and marks on walls, missing shower curtain). Bottom line: you get what you pay for.

We thought that the self catered accommodation was comfortable, spacious and clean, and was well positioned in the village. We would defiantly come again though it was expensive and a long way to go. The accommodation, the restaurants, and especially the mountain were much better than the Europe resorts. I would add that it did not seem busy on the mountain though during the evening if we wanted to go out for a meal many of the restaurants were busy and we had to go elsewhere, so if the place is busy then this would be quite annoying. Also there were only a few decent bars to go to. So I would say that there are too many people visiting and not enough amenities to facilitate everyone?s evening entertainment. The pool and hot tub did not feel overly clean, and felt like an afterthought, rather back of house ? could do with being enhanced aesthetically to create a more relaxing ambiance. Also the bin and recycling was not clear, perhaps a number of smaller bins in the accommodation would assist in recycling.Hope this helps with some feed back.

Stayed for 13 days in December, 2008 Great quiet location near the market, good apartment with good space and nice fireplace, but the master bedroom needs a better bed and the living room needs a more comfortable chair and couch. The kitchen is dated but clean and in good condition.The intercom with the building door must be repaired (it rings but you can´t answer) and the building's acces is a little awkward, so make sure you have enough keys for the family because you need a key to acces the building and the elevator.Given a reasonable price (3 star level) I would stay there again. If you want a first class stay this is not the unit and you would have to pay more.The staff of peak to green accomodations is great and will go the extra mile to provide a good service

Stayed for 3 days in July, 2008 we were offended by the comments made to us by dianne about the payment fiasco. i thought it was very unprofessional to note that your staff was worried about the quality of people we would be after we had issues with the visas. it was paid when we arrived therefore i believe we could have been treated as paying clients...not irresponsible teenagers. we had good reasons for the payment fiasco but assumptions were made of our character as a group which was disheartening for sure. the rest was great & the staff were very helpful so overall it was an excellent stay. thanks again.

Stayed for 13 days in February, 2008 Bathroom tiles in the shower needs to be changed - old and rusty, bedsheets need to be changed as there were old and feathery plus that the quilt is made from nylon (loft). Loft is a little too warm (no air circulations)
