2 bed/2 bath condo located 1 block from Main Street. Queen master, queen guest room with a sofa sleeper in the living room, sleeps 6. Patio, wood fireplace, Club house with hot tub/swimming pool, laundry and WIFI. 1/2 blocks to shuttle stop.
Enjoy a branch of the Ten Mile Creek running through the backyard from your ground-floor patio, surrounded in pine tree forest with Mount Royal as a backdrop.
This newly remodeled 2 bedroom and 2 bath corner condo unit in a quiet complex has a queen master bedroom and a queen bed in the guest bedroom. There is also a queen sofa sleeper in the living room with a wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps maximum 6 people.
Open living/kitchen/dining area. Fully equipped kitchen. Patio is just off the living room and sliding glass doors open to a deck with a gas grill on Ten Mile Creek for your perfect mountain retreat.
Complimentary WIFI available in unit. After skiing, enjoy the indoor heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna, showers and a party room in the Club House. Afterwards, walk to Main Street to hit the great restaurants and shops.
A coin-operated laundry facility is located in the Club House for your convenience. There is also a basketball hoop and horseshoe pit outside the Club House for entertainment. It was clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and the living/dining room and bedrooms comfortably furnished. But even as a two bedroom/two bathroom, it is a small space and we were glad that it was only the two of us. The bathrooms were particularly small -- watch your knees! The laundry facilities are clean and convenient, parking was easy, garbage and recycling was well organized but we were disappointed that Frisco does not recycle plastics. We are unlikely to stay at this condo again because of the size. |

I was there for a bicycle vacation and a bicycle event at the end of the week. We were on the first floor and could roll right out of the parking lot of the condo and practically right on to the Summit County Recreational Pathway for day training and sightseeing trips of 30-40 miles. Couldn't have asked for better and the pathway is unbelievably welcoming. We were only a few minutes from downtown Frisco where there were excellent restaurants. The condo was kind of small, but it proved to be just right for 2-3 people. Not so sure how the limit of 6 staying there would be, but I'd think cramped with luggage. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. We did laundry and it would have been nice if a soap dispenser was available in the clean laundry room, so you could buy laundry soap to wash 1-3 loads instead of having to buy a larger box of laundry detergent. We left the leftover soap in the condo for the next few renters. Otherwise, staff when making reservations (Debbie) was wonderful and check-in/out was non-eventful. Went smoothly. Thank you for a pleasant stay and we'll most likely want to rent this same property in the years to come. Frisco is a great place! |

The steel plate in the fire box was burned through on one of the side plates and the back plate was warped and pulled away from the side plates where they meet. If there is combustable material behind this fire box with a real hot fire going I would think this would be a major fire hazard. |
