Outdoor summer BBQ not the best, out of propane last night right before doing steaks, kind of a buz kill. Hide-a-bed not very comfortable. The upstairs bathroom not suited for showering (baths only). The reservation & cleaning folks very friendly and accommodating. |

Good house - Poor rental company Norm D. from Sherwood, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 3 days in July, 2012 Rental company: gave us the incorrect access code prohibiting access to the house. Called the rental company beginning at 3:00 pm and got the answering machine. Ok,I assumed it was a busy time and we really aren't supposed to be in until 4, should get a call back soon. repeated calls every half hour with same results, only answering machine, no emergency number on message (not even their name). it is now after 5 and we are weighing our options, should we drive back home (2hrs & 45mins for the 5 of us in two cars and 4 hrs for our son) try to get another rental through another company? We went to dinner although we had planned dinner at the house. We finally got a call from the rental agent expressing how she didn't appreciate my language in the last message (left at after 6). I appologized but told her that i was fustrated. Yes, they had given us the wrong access code to the house and yes, they took off at 3. No appology for inconvenience or their lack of service. The agent did credit us for half the cost of a nights stay, but as you can see, i am less than satisfied.House: Beautiful house sitting high over the signiture hole of the golf course with mountain in distance. nice outside deck, kitchen, etc. The negatives were the pull-out bed was the worst i have seen, really not usable as a bed which made the sleeping arrangements challenging. the BBQ was out of gas so that entailed a trip to the gas station some 12 miles away. Overall the first day was not enjoyable but after a poor start the rest of the stay was good.would i rent from this company again- NO |

Needs updating Becky H. from West Linn, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in July, 2011 Pros: beautiful location, kitchen is well stocked. Very roomy home, lots of natural light from wndows.Cons: Furniture is from when house was built (1976). Sheets on the twin beds probably that old too. Very few towels and no extra bed sheets. Decks need to be redone as are in poor shape. The hide-a-bed sofa is unsleepable. House really only can sleep 6 for that reason. Artificial lighting is very poor for evenings. Floor lamps inadequate & one broken. Overall, nice place to stay, but needs to have some care and attention to maintaining house & decks, and better quality linens (comforters, pillows etc) on all beds, as well as towels for bathrooms. |

Stayed for 7 days in July, 2008 It would be nice to have more cleaning supplies available. We wanted to clean the kitchen floor and there was no bucket to use with the mop. Also, tupperware containers for food storage would be very nice to have as well as a coffee grinder. |

Best view on the ranch becky h. from west linn, OR recommends this property. Stayed for 7 days in August, 2007 Our only 'complaint' on arrival was there were very little kitchen supplies, and no mugs (big coffee drinkers!). A call to the rental agency remedied that. They showed up with a new set of pots, pans, serving bowls and coffee mugs. The view from the deck is fabulous, and entertaining watching the golfers. I especially liked having 2 living areas: with the t.v. downstairs , so upstairs one could read, visit, or simply enjoy the scenery & quiet without having a t.v constantly on. |

Stayed for 3 days in May, 2007 When we got there one of the air beds wasn't working and there were no sheets for the bed. Our first night we slept on a deflated mattress without sheets. The managers went out the next day and purchased a new mattress and sheet set for us. That was nice but we did have one bad night sleep. You can't beat the view from this house though! |
